This land is included in TP Scheme Number: 86 and has Final Plot Number: 90, Area: 46974 sq. meters. This non-agricultural land is for multipurpose use and is owned and in possession of Jagdishbhai Rasiklal Dave. He has stated that the land is free from all encumbrances and legal disputes and has requested a Title Clearance Certificate from us. He has decided to sell the land. If anyone has any encumbrance, charge, development right, betterment charge or any other claim or interest in the said land, they must inform us in writing within 7 days of this notice at the address below, along with proof.
