The land is owned and occupied by Jagdishbhai Rasiklal Dave. They have informed us that the land is free from all types of encumbrances and legal disputes and have requested a Title Clearance Certificate from us. They have decided to sell the said land. If there is any kind of encumbrance, charge, development right, betterment charge or any kind of claim or right over the said land, please inform us in writing with proof within 7 days at the below mentioned address. If this is not done, it will be assumed that there is no claim or right of anyone on the said land and after the expiry of the deadline, we will issue a certificate regarding the opinion of the Title Clearance of the said land and will complete the sale to our client.
