Public Notice It is hereby informed to the public, the land for residential purpose on a non-agricultural plot under registration district Gandhinagar, sub-district and taluka Gandhinagar, within the village limits of Khoraj, surveynumber 147/1/A, known as 'Rajyog Cooperative Housing Society Limited Section-1', which is recognized as 'Rajyog Residential Park', situated at sub-plot no. 08, has a recorded area of 186.96 as per survey no. 147/1-A/8, an area of 192 square meters, is independently owned and in possession of Jyotsnaben Balwantbhai Patel. It is eligible for sale, and in this regard, we have been requested for a certificate stating that the title is clear and marketable. If any person, bank, institution, etc., has any claim, share, right, interest, or burden regarding this land, they must provide written verification along with a certified copy by registered post A.D within seven days from the publication of this notice. No objections without evidence will be considered. If not complied with, it will be understood that no claims, rights, interests, shares, or burdens exist concerning this land and we will issue a title clearance certificate accordingly.
