Public Notice This is to inform the general public that the following flat holders in the “Dwarkesh Apartment” scheme built by Khokhra Mehemdavad Dwarkesh Co. Operative Housing Society Limited on a total of 841 square meters of non-agricultural land in final plot no. 17 (old survey no. 328) of Town Planning Scheme No. 25 located in the limits of Khokhra in the Taluka of Maninagar, Sub-district Ahmedabad-5, Registration District Ahmedabad, have applied to us for a title clearance certificate. If they fail to do so, we will consider that there is no objection, dispute, share, interest, claim, encumbrance, lien or any other right in any way arising from any interest on the above-mentioned property of the said flat holders in the scheme named “Dwarkesh Apartment”, or on any part thereof, or on the undivided land rights of the Society, and if there is, it has been waived (waived) and we will issue a title clearance certificate for the above-mentioned flat and thereafter no objection, objection application or legal dispute shall be entertained.
