Public Notice for 63 (Khoraj) (Preliminary)

Public Notice This is to inform the general public that: (1) Shri Soma Bhai Ravishankar Joshi, (2) Shri Amar Ashok Shah, and (3) Shri Gordhan Purohit, all residents of Ahmedabad district and Gandhinagar taluka, have decided to sell a piece of land measuring 8701 square meters, situated in village Khoraj, survey number 545, account number 2524, which has been allotted final plot number 109, measuring 21 square meters, in Town Planning Scheme number 63 (Khoraj) (Preliminary). This land is non-agricultural, used for commercial purposes, and is owned and possessed by the above-mentioned individuals, free of any encumbrances. The owners have applied for a certificate from us confirming that their titles to this land are clear and marketable. If any other person has any claim, interest, right, share, or encumbrance on the said land, then they are required to inform us within 14 (fourteen) days from the publication of this notice, in writing with supporting documents at the address mentioned below. If they fail to do so, then we will assume that the said land is free from any claim, interest, right, share, or encumbrance, and will issue a title clearance certificate.
