Our client, Shreeji Textiles, a partnership firm consisting of Sanjaybhai K. Shah (1), Thalimbhai A. Shah (2), and Trusharbhai M. Desai (3), with their office located at Plot No. 3052, Phase-2, Chhata, G.I.D.C., Kalol, District Gandhinagar. Our client possesses GST No. 24ABIFS9139H1ZU. Our client has been engaged in the manufacturing and selling of 'Chuting-Setting' since March 2018. They regularly pay taxes and comply with the provisions of the GST Act 2017. Our client has discovered that for the last few months, certain individuals, namely Ayushkumar Gupta, have been fraudulently using the name 'Shreeji Textiles' and our client's GST number, creating fake ID's such as shreejeetextile95@gmail.com (2) textleshreejee@amail.com (3) shreejeetextile60@gmail.com along with fake mobile numbers (1) 8981505403 (2) 9674012076 and creating false invoices for production of (1) 'Rest' (2) 57272 'we' (3) 'Aston Dine' (4) 'Jeans' (5) 'Cutter R.D'. These invoices are then utilized to create fake accounts in the name of our client at Bank of India, Memnagar Branch, under account number 428118210002 202, with fraudulent transactions taking place in this account. False transportation receipts have also been created. Consequently, Ayushkumar Gupta (and his associates) have been falsely obtaining invoices in the name of our client, leading to fraudulent payments and an incorrect input tax credit (ITC) claim, in violation of the GST law. Any transaction carried out outside of our client's knowledge will be the sole responsibility of the individual engaging in such activity.
