Public Notice This is to inform the general public that the property consisting of (Revenue Survey No. 147) (Sub Plot No. 301/A), being a part of Final Plot No. 301 out of T.P. Scheme No. 20 situated at the outskirts of Kochrab village, Taluka Sabarmati, District Ahmedabad, being non-agricultural land and falling within the limits of City Survey, the allotted City Survey No. 1380/1, measuring 1016.72 sq.m and a bungalow built thereon measuring 464.80 sq.m, is owned by (1) Viral Anilbhai Zaveri and (2) Rajniben Anilbhai Zaveri in their joint ownership, and the said property is in their direct possession and enjoyment without any hindrance or obstruction from anyone whatsoever. The said owners have decided to sell the said property to our client, who has requested us to obtain a Title Clearance Certificate for the said property. If any person, other than the owners mentioned above, has any claim, right, interest, share, demand, encumbrance, lien, charge, mortgage, trust, gift, lease, license, possession, development rights, maintenance, easement, inheritance, will or any other right whatsoever in the said property, he/she is requested to inform us in writing along with certified copies of the documents proving such claim, right, interest or other right, by sending the same to the address mentioned below within 7 days. In case of failure to do so, it will be deemed that the said person does not have any claim, right, interest or any other right whatsoever in the said property, and if any such right exists, it has been waived by the said person in favour of the owners of the said property. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી જાહેર જનતાને જણાવવામાં આવે છે કે ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ અમદાવાદનાં તાલુકા સાબરમતીનાં મોજે કોચરબની સીમનાં ટી.પી સ્કીમ નં.૨૦ ના ફાઈનલપ્લોટ નં.૩૦૧ પૈકીની (રેવન્યુ સર્વે નં.૧૪૭ પૈકી) (સબ પ્લોટ નં.૩૦૧/એ) બીનખેતીની જમીન કે જેનો સમાવેશ સૌટીસર્વે લીમીટમાં થવાથી ફાળવવામાં આવેલ સીટીસર્વે નં.૧૩૮૦/૧ ની ૧૦૧૬.૭૨ ચો.મી જમીન તથા તેના ઉપર આવેલ ૪૬૪.૮૦ ચો.મી બંગલાના બાંધકામ સહીતની મીલકત (૧) વિરલ અનીલભાઈ ઝવેરી તથા (૨) રજનીબેન અનીલભાઈ ઝવેરીએ પોતાની કુલ સંયુકત માલીકી પ્રત્યક્ષ કબજા ભોગવટામાં કોઈનાં કોઈપણ જાતના અવરોધ કે અંતરાય સીવાય આવેલી હોવાનું જણાવી અમારા અસીલને વેચાણ આપવાનુ નક્કી કરેલ છે અને તે બાબતે અમારા અસીલે અમારી પાસેથી સદરહુ મીલકતનાં ટાઈટલ કલીયરન્સ સર્ટીફીકેટની માંગણી કરેલ છે. ઉપરોકત મીલકતમાં ઉપર પેરામાં જણાવેલ માલિકો સીવાય સદરહુ મીલકતમાં અન્ય કોઈનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો લાગભાગ, હકક, હીત, હિસ્સો, દાવો, બોજો, અલાખો, વેચાણ, તબદીલી, ફેરબદલી, લીયન, ચાર્જ, ગીરો, ટ્રસ્ટ, બક્ષીસ, ભાડાપટ્ઠો, લાયસન્સ, કબજો, ડેવલપમેન્ટ હકકો, મેઈન્ટેનન્સ, ઈઝમેન્ટ, વારસાઈ, વીલ કે અત્ય કોઈ હકક પોશાતો હોય તો તૈની લેખીત જાણ આધાર પુરાવાની પ્રમાણીત નકલ સાથે નીચેના સરનામે દિન-૭ માં અમોને પહોંચે તે રીતે કરવી. જો તેમ કરવામાં નહી આવે અગર કસૂરદાર થશે તો ઉપરોકત મીલકતમાં કોઈનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો લાગભાગ, હીત, હિસ્સો કે અત્ય કોઈ હકક નથી અને જો હોય તો તેવા તમામ હકકો જે તે ઈસમોએ મીલકતનાં માલીકોની તરફેણમાં જતાં 'વેઈવ કરેલ છે, તેમ સમજી સદરહુ મીલકતનું ટાઈટલ કલીયરન્સ સર્ટીફીકેટ આપવામાં આવશે અને ત્યારબાદ કોઈની કોઈપણ પ્રકારની તકરાર ચાલશે નહી. કિરાટ એ. દામાણી, એડવોકેટ એ. સી. દામાણી એન્ડ એડવોકેટસ “દામાણીસ્‌””, ૧-એ, નેશનલ પાર્ક સૌસાયટી, પાંચ બંગ્લા ગવ્તમેન્ટ કવાર્ટર સામે, ગુલબાઈ ટેકરા, અમદાવાદ-૩૮૦૦૧૫. ફોન નં. ૨૬૩૦૭૪૨૩, ૨૬૩૦૪૫૨૮
