Public Notice This is to inform the general public that the property consisting of 1016.28 sq.m of land bearing City Survey No. 1379, allotted from Revenue Survey No. 147 (Sub-plot No. 301/B) out of final plot No. 301 of T.P. Scheme No. 20, situated in the limits of Kochrab village, Sabarmati taluka, Ahmedabad district, along with the 375.96 sq.m bungalow constructed on it, is owned jointly by (1) Darshan Ashok Bhai Zaveri and (2) Anilaben Ashok Bhai Zaveri. This property is in their direct possession and enjoyment without any obstruction or hindrance from anyone. The said property has been decided to be sold by them to our client. Our client has applied for a title clearance certificate for the said property from us. If anyone has any interest, right, share, claim, encumbrance, charge, lien, trust, gift, lease, license, possession, development rights, maintenance, easement, inheritance, will or any other right whatsoever in the said property, then they should send a written notice with supporting documents to the following address within 7 days of this publication. Failure to do so will be considered as an admission that the said persons do not have any interest, right, share or any other right in the said property, and if they have any such rights, then they have waived all such rights in favor of the owner of the said property.
