Public Notice This is to inform the general public that Smt. Binaben Janaklal Agrawal, residing at 13, Vinanti Apartments, near Ambawadi Circle, Ahmedabad, registered with D. Ahmedabad Sub-D. Ahmedabad-4 (Paldi), Ahmedabad district, in the jurisdiction of Taluk Sabarmati, at Kochrab village, near Panchvati Circle, in TP Scheme No. 3/6, final plot No. 647, sub-plot No. 2, covering an area of 844 sq. meters of non-agricultural land, has applied for a title certificate regarding the property known as "Vinanti Apartments," located on the 4th floor (3rd floor as per the original plan) of the said scheme, covering an area of 180 sq. meters, identified as flat No. 13. This property is held by the "Vinanti Members Association" (Reg. No. G/5824, dated 12-2-1993) and she is a member and shareholder of the association. The applicant claims this property as her own and is in possession of the same under a non-disputed and undisputed title. This is to state that she has applied to us for a title certificate stating that her rights, titles, and interest in this property are clear and marketable as a member of the said association. Therefore, anyone having any right, share, burden, mortgage, or charge of any kind, including any financial institution, bank, corporation, company, or firm in the above-mentioned property, or any other kind of right such as possession, lease, license, tenancy, banakhat, easements, maintenance, accommodation rights, etc., is hereby requested to provide documentary evidence in writing to us by registered post within 7 (seven) days of the publication of this notice at the address given below. If this is not done, it shall be understood that such person has no right, share, relation, participation, burden, alakh, or any dues whatsoever in the said property and is willingly waiving (WAIVE) all of them. After the expiry of the stipulated period, we shall issue the title certificate. Henceforth, no complaints, disputes, or objections of any kind shall be entertained.
