Public Notice This notice is regarding the property situated at Moje-Kolat, Sanand Taluka, Ahmedabad District. The property is located on Survey No. 105/2 and 111/1 of the village, which is part of 'Shilpgram-4'. The property in question is Plot No. 70, which has 490 sq.m. of land and 682.28 sq.m. of super built up area (including 334 sq.m. from Survey No. 105/2 and 156 sq.m. from Survey No. 111/1). Mr. Shah Nidhi Chintan Kumar has requested an opinion regarding the title clearance of this property. He claims that the property is free from all types of encumbrances, legal disputes and liabilities. We hereby request that if anyone has any kind of encumbrance, charge, lien, Bana Hakk, possession right or any kind of interest in this property, they must inform us in writing with proof within 7 days from the date of this notice. If no response is received, it will be assumed that there is no claim or right to this property and the title clearance certificate will be issued accordingly. After the issuance of the certificate, no objection or dispute will be entertained.
