Public Notice Situated in the limit of Kolat in Sanand, sub-district of Ahmedabad district, the plots number 10C of the series C of the scheme named "Gulmohar Enclave II" on the land of survey/block number 679/1 and 679/2 is announced by Dharamshi Laljibhai Hadiya of Gandhidham as being in his independent ownership, free from all encumbrances. He has demanded a title opinion from us regarding the said property. Consequently, if there is any burden, liability, right, part, or any financial institutions, banks, corporations, companies, trusts, or individual’s lien, encumbrance, retention/right of abode, those should be interpreted as waived and we will issue a title certificate post-duration. જાહેર નોટિસ જત ડીસ્ટ્રીક્ટ અમદાવાદ સબ ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ અને તાલુકો સાણંદના મોજે કોલટની સીમમાં આવેલ સર્વે/બ્લોક નંબર -- ૬૭૯/૧ તથા ૬૭૯/૨ ની જમીનમાં આવેલ "Gulmohar Enclave II" = નામની સ્કીમના સી-સીરીઝમાં આવેલ પ્લોટનંબર-૧૦સી ની નેટસ.ચો.વાર - ૬૦૦ બીનખેતીની ખુલ્લી જમીન ધરમશી લાલજીભાઈ હડીયા, ઠેકાણું - ગાંધીધામએ પોતાની સ્વતંત્ર માલીકી કબજા ભોગવટાની તથા તમામ પ્રકારના બોજાઓથી સંપુર્ણપણે મુક્ત હોવાનું જણાવી અમારી પાસેથી સદર મીલકત અંગે ટાઈટલ્સ અભિપ્રાયની માંગણી કરેલ છે. આ સબબ કે સદર જમીન ઉપર કોઈનો કોઈપણ જાતનો બોજો, લાગ-ભાગ, હક્ક, હિસ્સો તથા કોઈપણ નાણાંકીય સંસ્થા, બેંક, કોર્પોરેશન, કંપની, પેઢી કે સંસ્થા કે કોઈપણ શખ્સનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો ગીરો, લીયન, ચાર્જ, કબજો ભોગવટો/ બાનાખત/ ભરણપોષણ -રહેણાંકનો હક્ક આવેલ હોયતો આ નોટીસ પ્રસિધ્ધ થયેથી દિન -૭(સાત) માં દસ્તાવેજી પુરાવા સહીત લેખીતમાંનીચે દર્શાવેલ સરનામે અચુક જાણ કરવી, જો તેમ કરવામાં નહી આવે તો સદર જમીન કે તેના કોઈપણ ભાગ પરત્વે અત્ય કોઈનો કોઈપણ લાગભાગ, હક્ક, હિસ્સો, બોજો આવેલ નથી અને આવેલ હોય તો તે તમામ જતાયાને વેવ કરેલ છે તેમસમજી અમો મુદત વિત્યે ટાઈટલ સર્ટીફીકેટ ઈસ્યુ કરી દઈશું. ત્યારબાદ કોઈની કોઈપણ પ્રકારની દાદ-ફરીયાદ-તકરાર ચાલશે નહી તે બાબતની જાહેર જનતાને તથા લાગતા વળગતા તમામે નોંધ લેવી. સ્થળ : અમદાવાદ. તારીખ : ૩૧-૫-૨૦૨૪ Sejwani & Co.
