This is to inform the public that the 445 sq.m. old agricultural land of survey no. 1734/2, situated in the mota village of Kolvada, under the jurisdiction of Kasturik Sub District Gandhinagar, was previously owned by Alyeshkumar Ramanbhai Patel and was in his direct possession and enjoyment. He has decided to sell the entire land of survey no. 1734/2 to Lakshmanbhai Ishwarbhai Patel, Vipulkumar Krishnakanta Patel and Gautamkumar Nedu Bhai Patel. The registered sale deed in this regard has been registered on 20.06.2024 vide document number 7080 and an entry in this regard has been made in the revenue records vide entry number 19944. Based on this sale deed, Lakshmanbhai Ishwarbhai Patel and others have become joint owners and co-occupants of the land of survey no. 1734/2. They have approached us for a certificate confirming that all their rights and titles are clear and marketable. Therefore, if anyone has any kind of claim, interest, lien, encumbrance, litigation or any kind of right or interest in the above land, then they should submit their objections along with proof to us at the address mentioned below within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice through registered post A.D. The public is hereby notified that if no objection is received along with proof, it will be assumed that there is no claim, interest, lien, encumbrance or litigation on the above land and if any, they are waived. A certificate certifying that the title of the above land is clear and marketable will be issued. It is requested to take note of this.
