Public Notice In the limits of Mojegam - Kolwada of District Sub-District Gandhinagar, the non-agricultural land with CT Survey Number - NA - 164/ owned and possessed freely by our principal Mr. Mehulsinh Jiluji Vaghela, burdens free, is announced. Our principal has requested from us a Title Clearance Certificate for the mentioned land. If any person or organization has any kind of share, right, interest, part, claim, or burden on this land, they should inform us with proof in writing to the address given below within 7 (seven) days from the publication of this notice. If this is not adhered to, then it will be considered that there are no shares, rights, interests, claims, or burdens on the said land, and it is waived as such. We will provide a Title Clearance Certificate to the mentioned principals about the said land, and after that, no right, claim, or dispute will persist, of which the related parties and the general public should take note.
