Public Notice It is hereby notified to the general public, on behalf of our client, that in the district of Ahmedabad, taluka of Maninagar, in the village of Shehr Kotda, situated within the limits of Ahmedabad-7 (Odhav division), in TP Scheme No. 18, outside Raipur Darwaza, a property known as New Cloth Market owned by the Ahmedabad Muskti Cloth Dealers Co-operative Shops and Warehouses Society Limited, the final plot number 16, comprising of private shop number 242, with an area of 62-71 square meters, and including the ground floor, mezzanine floor, first floor, and second floor, the property has been sold by Seth Dayaram Suresh Kumar Anam, a partner in the partnership firm, on behalf of his partners (1) Dayaram Lakshminarayan Agrawal and (2) Manjुकुમારી Balakrishna Agrawal, both residents of Navneet Park, Polytechnic Road, opposite Ketan Petrol Pump, Old Secretariat, Ambawadi, Ahmedabad-380015. The property is owned by them and is free from any encumbrances. They have decided to sell this property to our client, Babulal Vyalsing Soniagara, residing at No. 236, New Cloth Market, outside Raipur Darwaza, Ahmedabad. The sale deed will include the vacant ground floor, while the mezzanine floor, first floor, and second floor will be sold with tenants in possession. Our client has requested us to obtain a title certificate for the property. If any person has any claim, encumbrance, interest, or share in the said property, they are requested to inform us in writing within seven days of the publication of this notice, with proof. Failure to do so will be considered as acknowledging that there are no claims, encumbrances, interest, or share in the said property, and we will issue a no-objection certificate for the said property.
