Notice for Sale of Immovable Property This is to notify that the undersigned, the authorized officer, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by Section 13 (12) of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2012, has, in accordance with Rule 8 thereof, issued a demand notice on 11.02.2024 to the borrower, K. K.
