Tel of India i BOI Phone (0281) 2456150/ 2456764 Possession Notice (For Immovable Property) This is to inform that the undersigned authorized officer of the Bank of India, Panchnath Branch, in exercise of the powers vested in him under Section 13(12) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 read with Rule 3 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002, after issuance of a Demand Notice on 09.05.2024 to the Borrower (1) Smt. Monali Mohit Dobariya (Borrower) and (2) Shri Mohit Ramesh Bhai Dobariya (Co-Borrower) for the outstanding amount of Rs. 44,15,073.30 (Rupees Forty-Four Lakhs Fifteen Thousand Seventy-Three and Thirty Paisa only) along with interest and other expenses as mentioned in the Notice, within 60 days from the date of receipt of the demand notice. As the Borrower has failed to pay the said amount, the Borrower/Guarantor and the public are hereby notified that under the powers vested in him under Rule 8 of the Act, read with sub-section (4) of Section 13, the undersigned has taken possession of the below mentioned property on 23rd August, 2024. The Borrower in particular and the public in general are hereby cautioned not to deal in the said property. Any dealing in the said immovable property shall be subject to the encumbrance of the outstanding amount of Rs. 44,15,073.30 (Rupees Forty-Four Lakhs Fifteen Thousand Seventy-Three and Thirty Paisa only) along with interest and other expenses due to Bank of India, Panchnath Branch.
