Public Notice This notice is to inform everyone that the property located in Ujaydiya village, Talod taluka, Ahmedabad district, under account number 1298, Revenue Survey number 1400 (Old Survey number 328), approximately 7989 sq. m, non-agricultural land for industrial purposes, is owned by Gaurav Maheshbhai Hura and Saurav Maheshbhai Hura. Messrs Indus Valley Ply Industries, a partnership firm, has entered into a registered lease deed with them. They conduct their business on the said land and industrial building property. The said Gaurav Maheshbhai Hura and Saurav Maheshbhai Hura claim joint ownership, possession, and enjoyment of the property, including all rights and interests. They have also declared that the property is not under any financial institution’s encumbrance or lien, except The Kalupur Commercial Co. Bank Ltd., and there is no litigation pending before any revenue authority or court. They will cancel the lease deed with Messrs Indus Valley Ply Industries and hand over the possession to our client Messrs Yug Decor Ltd. to sell and make a sale deed. Our client is to obtain a loan from Indian Bank, therefore, they have requested our opinion on the title clearance of the said property. Therefore, this is to inform everyone that if anyone has any claim, dispute, rights, interest, encumbrance, alakh, alimony right, lien, or any other right, they must inform the Registered Advocate through certified evidence within 7 (seven) days from the date of this public notice. Failure to do so will be deemed that no claim, encumbrance, or right exists on the said property. We will then issue the title clearance certificate for the said property. Any objections or disputes thereafter will not be entertained. Please take note of this.
