PUBLIC NOTICE Mauje Ladol, Taluka Vijapur This is to inform the general public that agricultural land bearing new Block/Survey No. 5070 (old Block/Survey No. 603 part of), admeasuring 0-59-49 Hectare-Are-Sq.Mt., with an assessment of Rs. 2-13 paisa, and Khata No. 6687, is situated within the limits of Village Mauje Ladol, Taluka Vijapur, Sub-District and Registration District Mehsana. The owner of the said Survey No. land, Shri Patel Sandipkumar Rameshbhai, resident of Ladol, Taluka Vijapur, Dist. Mehsana, has requested our opinion regarding title clearance, stating that the land is free from all types of encumbrances, charges, and legal disputes related to his ownership, possession, and sale rights. If anyone has any charge, encumbrance, tenancy rights, farming rights, or any other claim or share in the said land, they should inform us in writing with documentary evidence via Registered A.D. at the address given below within 21 days.
