Road, Vadodara, hereby inform the President/Secretary of our society that original share certificates were issued to our society member Mayat Jayprakash L. Dave at the time. The original share certificate has gone missing and despite searching, it has not been found. Due to his demise, his heirs, Kishore Lemukhal, have sold the property located in the society, Block No. B-5, registered with the society, through a registered sale deed. Kishore Lemukhal has requested the society to issue a duplicate share certificate. Hence, this notice is issued to inform that anyone who has any objections, disputes, or concerns regarding the issuance of a duplicate share certificate to the aforementioned person, should submit a written representation with necessary proof to us within six days of the publication of this notice. If no objections, disputes, or concerns are received within the stipulated time, the society will issue a duplicate share certificate to the said person after the deadline.
