Public Notice This notice is regarding the sale of a property located in the "Shilpgram-3" scheme, situated in the village of Lapkaman, Dascroi Taluka, Ahmedabad District. The property, identified as private sub-plot No. 51-I, comprises 1394 sq. yards (1165 sq. meters) of non-agricultural land. This includes the land allotted for roads and has a carpet area of 1072 sq. yards (approximately 896 sq. meters). This property is fully owned by Mr. Kamlesh Bhai Babubhai Patel and is free from any encumbrances. A title clearance certificate is required for the sale of this property. Therefore, we are requesting any individual having any kind of lien, charge, encumbrance, claim, right, interest, objection, or any other right over this property to provide a written proof with a certified copy within seven days from the date of this notice. Failure to do so will be considered as a waiver of any rights claimed by the individual. Following this, we will proceed with issuing a title clearance certificate and any further disputes regarding the ownership will not be entertained.
