Public Notice: It is hereby informed to the public that in the mentioned Taluka of Kathlal, Village Lasundra, under Survey Number 795-2 with an area of 0-24-97 Ha (approximately 0.44 hectares) and Revenue Survey Number 795-1, with an area of 0-34-40 Ha (approximately 1.50 hectares), the land suitable for farming without any burden is under the joint ownership and actual possession of (1) Widow Mrs. Dahiben Pashabhai Patel, (2) her daughter Varshaben Pashabhai Patel, (3) her daughter Sonalben Pashabhai Patel, and (4) Vipulbüahi Pashabhai Patel, all originally residents of Lasundra, Taluka Kathlal, District Kheda. As jointly registered owners, they have declared the land free from all encumbrances, claiming it unencumbered, uncontested and free from any charges. The said land has been agreed to be sold to (1) Mahendrabhai Madhavlal Katrodiya and (2) Ashokbhai Karshanbhai Barad, both residents of Ahmedabad, and in this regard, our clients have requested a Title Clearance Certificate. Hence, this public notice is necessary. It is thus informed to all individuals, institutions, banks, boards, corporations, societies, etc. that if anyone has any claim, portion, right, interest, share, burden, specific privilege, or any sort of claim or contention on the said land, they should notify us within ten (10) days from the publication of this notice with evidence through Registered A.D.
