It is hereby informed to all concerned through this public notice that the property described below is owned and possessed by its current owners: (1) Moreshwar Dattatray Mahajan, (2) Vishwas Dattatray Mahajan, (3) Meera Ashok Kulkarni, (4) Veda Ravindra Deshpande, (5) Sneha Sudhir Rahurkar, (6) Ramabai Dattatray Mahajan. The current owners of the said property have initiated discussions with our clients for its purchase and have assured and guaranteed to our clients that the said property is completely free from encumbrances, risks, and is marketable. This notice is also published for the purpose of Title Verification of the said property.
