PUBLIC NOTICE This is to inform the general public and all concerned that the agricultural land in the village of Limbad, Taluka Dasada, District Surendranagar, Registration District Sub-District Surendranagar, Account No. 156, Block/Survey No. 479 (Old Block/Survey No. 272/Paiki 1/Paiki 1), named 'Padharvalu', with a total area of 1-00-78 Hectare-Are-Sq.Mt. and an assessment of Rs. 3.31 paisa, which is old condition agricultural land, is currently in the joint ownership and possession of Vasantben Premjibhai, Dineshbhau Premjibhai, Mahipatbhai Premjibhai, Janakben Premjibhai, etc., as per the revenue records. They have decided to sell the said agricultural land to our client and have requested a Title Clear Certificate from us for this purpose.
