PUBLIC NOTICE This is to inform the general public that the owners of the land bearing Revenue Block/Survey No. 1177 (Old Revenue Survey No. 1065) situated in the village of Linch, Taluka Mehsana, Registration District Mehsana, Gujarat State, having an area of 1 hectare, 99 ares, 30 sq. meters, assessed at Rs. 5.99, an agricultural land under old tenure conditions, which is recorded under Khata No. 2577 in the revenue records, namely: (1) Sanjaybhai Amratbhai Prajapati, (2) Gajendrakumar Kanubhai Patel, (3) Narendrakumar Babubhai Patel, (4) Sureshbhai Dhulabhai Prajapati, (5) Vaghjibhai Mafatbhai Rabari, (6) Sanjaybhai Mafatlal Prajapati, have requested a Title Clearance Certificate from us, stating that the said land is under their joint ownership and possession, and is free from encumbrances. Regarding the said land/property, if any person, organization, trust, partnership firm, company, private firm, public corporation, bank, food/nutrition department, etc., has any objection, claim, right, interest, share, or any kind of dispute or encumbrance, they should inform us at the address below with documentary evidence within 7 days by Registered Post A.D. If this is not done, it will be understood that no one has any right, share, or interest in the said land/property, and if they do, they have relinquished it.
