Public Notice: It is hereby informed to the public that in the sub-district Ahmedabad, Taluka Dholka in the village Moj Utelliya under survey number 573, Block/Survey No. 927, (Old Block/Survey No. 125/3) having H.R.No. 1-70-33 (Ch.Mi. 17033-00) are a size land worth 0.25 paise, an old conditioned farming land, which is under the exclusive ownership and possession of Manjuba alias Manjulaben, daughter of Nanubhai and wife of Mahipatsingh Vaghela. Additionally, it is declared that this agricultural land is free from all kinds of encumbrances and charges, and the rights and titles of the said land are clear and eligible for sale. Any claims, shares, parts, interests, oppositions, disagreements, liens, charges, or any other type of rights pertaining to the said agricultural land are deemed null and void unless proven with verified evidence to our notice within 7 (seven) days of this public notice being issued. If failed to be appropriately presented or delayed, it is understood that no further claims can be made with respect to the rights over the agricultural land as mentioned above. A certificate of clear title will be issued accordingly, and further proceedings related to the sale of this agricultural plot will be executed by our principal.
