Public Notice Regarding Property Title Clearance This is to inform all concerned that, in the District of Surat, Taluka: Majura (Surat City), in the village of Magdalla, TP Scheme No. 4, Final Plot No. 4, registered land, the Surat Municipal Corporation has allotted a building known as "16-3, Suman Swet" under this scheme. Among the buildings in this scheme, the flat located on the '1st Floor' is owned by Roshni Hanmatbhai Chaturvedi. Surat Municipal Corporation has issued an original allotment letter No. Aff/Hsp/Sell/A/No. 390 dated: 03-0- for this property. We, the undersigned, have requested a title clearance certificate for this property as the original allotment letter has been lost. Therefore, if any financial institution or individual has any charge, lien or other agreement on this property, they are requested to submit written proof along with the details to the address below within this notice period. Any objections received after the specified period will not be considered. We, the advocates, will then issue a title clearance certificate for this property and our client, Bank Equitable Mortgage (Mortgagee), will take possession of this property. મિલકતના ટાઇટલ કલીયરન્સ અંગેની જાહેર નોટીસ આથી લાગતા વળગતા તમામને આ જાહેર નોટીસ આપીને જણાવીએ છીએ કે સુરત ડીસ્ટ્રીક્ટ, તાલુકો: મજુરા(સુરતસીટી) ના મોજે ગામઃ મગદલ્લા ના ટી.પી.સ્કીમ નં.૪, ફાઇનલ પ્લોટ નં.૪ થી નોધાયેલી જમીન ઉપર સુરત મહાનગર પાલિકા દ્રારા આથોજીત "16-3, સુમન સ્વેત" ના નામથી ઓળખાતી| યોજનામાં આવેલ બિલ્ડીંગો પૈકી “| મા માળ પર આવેલ ફલેટો પૈકી ફલેટ| રોશની હંમતભાઇ ચતુરવેદી ની ચાલી આવેલ છે. સદરહુ સુરત મહાનગર પાલિકા દ્વારા અસલ સસ લેટર નં. Aff/Hsp/Sell/A/No.390 dated: 03-0 ફાળવેલ છે. સદરહુ મિલકતના માલિક પાસેથી સદરહુ અસલ એલોટમેન્ટ લેટર ગેરવલ્લે યાને ગુમ યયેલ| હોવાનું જણાવી હમો કનૈથી સદરહુ મિલકતનું ટાઇટલ કલીયરન્સ સર્ટીફીકેટની માંગણી કરેલ છે. આથી જેથી સદરહુ મિલકતમાં કોઇપણ પ્રકારના નાણાંકીય સંસ્થાનો તથા વ્યકિતનો ચાર્જ યાને બોજો હોય કે!
