Public Notice This is to inform the general public that, District Gandhinagar, Registration Sub-District Gandhinagar Zone-33, Taluka Gandhinagar, Village Magodi, Survey No. 411 (Old Block No. 715), bearing No. 1688, area- 24275 sq. meters, out of which 3567 sq. meters is old conditional agricultural land, (1) Sedhaji Bhavanji Thakor and (2) Karan Kumar Dinesh Bhai Makwana, both residents of Ranasan, Limbadiya, Gandhinagar, have jointly owned and possessed this land directly and it is free from all types of encumbrances and have decided to sell it to our client. Therefore, they have requested for a Title Clearance Certificate for the above land from us. Therefore, all persons, individuals, firms, banks, financial institutions, or others who have any rights, claims or interests in the above land by way of sale, inheritance, gift, license, possession, mortgage, lien, charge, maintenance, easement, exchange, as a developer or financier, or under an agreement to sell, power of attorney, possession agreement, understanding agreement, court order, family member or heir, or in any other way, are required to submit a written notice along with a certified copy of the proof thereof to the address below within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice. Failure to do so will be deemed to mean that no one has any right, claim or interest in the said land and if they have any, they have waived it. After the expiry of the time limit, the Title Clearance Certificate for the above land will be issued and our client will complete the proceedings related to the sale deed and thereafter, no disputes of any kind will be entertained.
