Public Notice This is to inform the public that the land situated in the village Mahij, Kheda Taluka, Kheda Sub-district, Jat District, bearing survey number 82, Block No. 280, with an area of 0-06-07 Hectare, 5.0.37 paisa and land situated in the village Mahij, Kheda Taluka, Kheda Sub-district, Jat District, bearing survey number 93, Block No. 280, with an area of 0-12-94 Hectare, 0.75 paisa is the subject matter of the present notice. This land is owned by (1) Kumuben Laxmanbhai Punjaaji, (2) Nareshkumar Laxmanbhai, (3) Shardaben Laxmanbhai, all residents of Mahij, Kheda. This land is in their joint ownership and is free from any encumbrances, litigations and is marketable. The owners of the said land have decided to sell the same to our client. Therefore, the owners of the said land have requested us to obtain a title clearance certificate for the said land. If any person or institution has any claim, right, interest, lien, charge, lease, gift, or right of maintenance or clothing on the said land, then they are requested to file their claim in writing with documentary evidence along with their claim within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice at the address mentioned below. Otherwise, any such claim, right, interest, or ownership will not be considered valid and if any such claim is considered valid, it will be deemed to have been relinquished voluntarily. On the basis of the above, the title clearance certificate of the said land will be issued to the said owners of the land and the land will be sold to our client by means of a sale deed/documents.
