Public Notice This is to inform the general public that the land located in Block/Survey No. 32 (Old Block/Survey No. 80), Plot No. 22, District Surat, Taluka Mangrol, Village Mahuvej, with an area of approximately 3-92-02 sq.m., i.e. 39,202 sq.m., is solely owned and in the possession of Ahmad Said Ibrahim Patel for non-agricultural purposes, and is eligible for premium. Since our client wishes to purchase the land, he has requested a Title Clearance Certificate. Therefore, if any individual, bank, or institution has any right, interest, lien, encumbrance, burden, or claim of any kind on the aforementioned land or any part thereof, they are requested to inform us in writing within 30 days with documentary evidence. Failure to do so will be construed as an acceptance that no individual or entity has any right, interest, or claim whatsoever on the said land, and if they have, it is deemed to be waived.
