Public Notice for Nutan Nagar Yojana No. 1

We, Danubhai Unandbhai Mori, owner and in possession of the plot in Mahuva, in the Nutan Nagar Scheme No. 1, near Kuber Bagh, owned by Shri Janata Cooperative Housing Society Ltd., which is a part of the plot No. 264 registered in the Mahuva City Survey Office as City Survey No. 1255, and its total area is 393.33 sq.m., have started construction with the necessary permission from the Mahuva Municipality. If Rajubhai Natubhai Wala or any Mahuva resident, government or semi-government organization, association, or any citizen, obtains an ex-parte injunction to stop this construction, we request that we be notified and heard before any such order is issued. We have filed a caveat in the Court of the Hon'ble Principal Senior Civil Judge, Mahuva, under Caveat No. 14/2025. Please take note of this. Through Manoj Kumar C. તનજાટર૨ર ક્વોટ અમો કેવીયેટર દાનુભાઈ ઉનડભાઈ મોરીની માલિકી તથા કબજા ભોગવટાના મહુવામાં મહુવા નગરપાલિકા યોજીત નુતનનગર યોજના નં. ૧માં કુબેરબાગ પાસે આવેલ શ્રી જનતા કો.ઓપરેટીવ હાઉસીંગ સોસાયટી લી.ના નામે પાડવામાં આવેલ પ્લોટો પૈકી પ્લોટ નં. ૨૬૪ જે મહુવા સીટી સર્વે કચેરીમાં સીટી સર્વે નં. ૧૨૫૫થી નોંધાયેલ છે અને તેનું કુલ ક્ષેત્રફળ ૩૯૩.૩૩ ચો.મી. છે, તે મિલ્કતમાં અમોએ મહુવા નગરપાલિકાની જરૂરી પરવાનગી લઈ બાંધકામ શરૂ કરેલ છે, તે બાંધકામ અટકાવવા રાજુભાઈ નટુભાઈ વાળા કે મહુવા નગરજનો, સરકારી કે અર્ધ સરકારી સંસ્થાઓ, મંડળો કે કોઈપણ નાગરીક એક તરફી વચગાળાનો મનાઈહુકમ મેળવવા આવે તો પ્રથમ અમોને નોટીસ કરી સાંભળ્યા બાદ હુકમ કરવા મહુવાના મહેરબાન શ્રી પ્રિન્સીપાલ સીનીયર સીવીલ જજ સાહેબની કોર્ટમાં કેવીયેટ નં. ૧૪/૨૦૨૫ થી કેવીયેટ દાખલ કરેલ છે જેની આથી નોંધ લેવી. મારા મારફત તા. ૨-૪-૨૦૨૫ A મનોજકુમાર સી. જાની ઓફીસ : કેબીન ચોક, ક જૈનદેરાસરવાળો ખાંચો, મહુવા એડવોકેટ
