This is to inform the general public that the following properties in the name of APATITE BUILDERS LLP, located in Ahmedabad, Vejalpur taluka, Makarbhani village, have been leased to QATAR AIRWAYS GROUP (Q.C.S.C., Ahmedabad). **Property Details** **(1)** Survey / Block No. 133/2/2, 4,400 sq. mt. and Survey / Block No. 141/1, 2,400 sq. mt. (total 6,800 sq. mt.) with a final plot number of 317. This land is for commercial use and is non-agricultural. **(2)** Survey / Block No. 868/1, 4,249 sq. mt. and Survey / Block No. 868/2, 2,731 sq. mt. (total 6,980 sq. mt.) with a final plot number of 318. This land is for commercial use and is non-agricultural. The above land is owned by APATITE BUILDERS LLP and they have constructed an office building on it, known as “WESTGATE BUSINESS BAY.” Of the above office buildings, APATITE BUILDERS LLP has leased the 9th floor offices to QATAR AIRWAYS GROUP, which includes: **(1)** Office No. 901/A, 12,600 sq. ft. (super built-up area). **(2)** Office No. 901/B, 12,600 sq. ft. (super built-up area).
