Public Notice for 204 (Sarkhej-Oakaf-Makarba-Vejalpur-Ambli)

Public Notice - It is hereby informed to the public that under the Registration District Ahmedabad, Sub-District Ahmedabad-4 (Paldi), in the village Makarba within the taluka of Vejalpur, and encompassed within the Draft Town Planning Scheme Number 204 (Sarkhej-Oakaf-Makarba-Vejalpur-Ambli), the final plot number is 272 with an unpartitioned area of 1700 square meters of the total 7528 square meters. This land, owned independently and directly in possession by Jayantibhai Bhalabhai, resident of Ahmedabad, is clear of any burdens. In view of this, a title clearance certificate has been requested. Any person or entity holding any kind of right, interest, or claim over this land is required to notify with certified proofs within seven (7) days of the publication of this notice in File Number 4335 (MR), sending it by registered post to the specified lawyer's address below. Failure to do so will result in the recognition of rights being solely withheld to the existing land title as stated and any subsequent disputes will not be entertained.

જાહેર નોટિસ આથી જાહેર જનતાને જણાવવાનું કે રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ડીસ્ટ્રીક્ટ અમદાવાદ, સબ- ડીસ્ટ્રીક્ટ અમદાવાદ-૪ (પાલડી) તથા તાલુકે વેજલપુરના ગામ મોજે મકરબાની સીમના રેવન્યુ સરવે/બ્લોક નંબર-૩૩૫/૧, ક્ષેત્રફળ-૨૮૩૩ સમચોરસમીટર કે જેનો અન્ય જમીનો સહિત ડ્રાફટ ટાઉન પ્લાનીંગ સ્કીમ નંબર- ૨૦૪ (સરખેજ-ઓકાફ- મકરબા-વેજલપુર-આંબલી) માં સમાવેશ થતા તેના ફાઇનલ પ્લોટ નંબર- રરપ, ક્ષેત્રફળ-૭૫૨૮ સમચોરસમીટર પૈકી વગર વહેંચાયેલ ક્ષેત્રફળ-૧૭૦૦ સમચોરસમીટરની જુની શરતની ખેતીની જમીન જયંતીભાઇ ભલાભાઇ, રહેવાસી : અમદાવાદનાએ તેઓની કુલ સ્વતંત્ર માલીકીની અને પ્રત્યક્ષ કબજા ભોગવટાની અને તમામ પ્રકારના બોજાઓથી મુક્ત આવેલી હોવાનું જણાવી અમારી પાસે ટાઇટલ ક્લીયરન્સ સર્ટીફીકેટની માંગણી કરેલ છે. સબબ સર્વે શખ્સો વ્યક્તિ, પેઢી, બેન્ક, નાણાંકીય સંસ્થા વગેરે કે જેઓ સદરહુ જમીન સામે કે ઉપર કોઇપણ પ્રકારે કોઈપણ હક્ક, હીત, હીસ્સો, દાવો, ઇલાખો જેવા કે રસ્તાનાં હક્કો, પાણી લેવાના હક્કો તથા અત્ય સુખાધીકારોનાં હક્કો, બાનાખતના હક્કો, મુખત્યારનામાં, કબજા કરાર, સમજુતી કરાર, લીસપેન્ડન્સ, લીયન કે એટેચમેન્ટ ધરાવતા હોય તો તેમણે આ જાહેર નોટીસ પ્રસિધ્ધ થયેથી દિન-૭ (સાત) ની અંદર તેઓ જે કાંઇ હક્ક વગેરે ધરાવતા હોય તો તેના દસ્તાવેજી પુરાવાની પ્રમાણીત નકલ સહીતની લેખીત ખબર તે માંહે ફાઇલ નંબર- ૪૩૩૫ (એમઆર) દર્શાવીને રજીસ્ટર્ડ પોસ્ટથી નીચેના સરનામે મોકલી આપવી, નહીંતર આવા હક્ક વગેરે ઉપર કોઇપણ પ્રકારનું લક્ષ આપ્યા સિવાય તેમજ જે કોઇનો આવો હક્ક વિગેરે હોય તો તેમણે જતો કર્યો છે તેમ માનીને સદરહુ જમીનનું ટાઇટલ ક્લીયરન્સ સર્ટીફીકેટ આપવામાં આવશે અને ત્યારબાદ કોઇની પણ કોઇપણ પ્રકારની તકરાર ચાલશે નહી જેની નોંધ લેવી. આજતારીખ ૩૦માહે મે, સને ૨૦૨૪ નાદિને. મે. લાખાણી ગાંધી એન્ડ કું.
