Public Notice This is to inform the general public that Shri Shakraraji Bhai jijji Thakor, resident of 109 Mahadevvalo Vas, Makarbha, Ahmedabad, has decided to sell the land measuring approximately 357 sq. meters out of the total 595 sq. meters of old agricultural land situated in Survey Number 458/2/3/2 of Makarbha village, Vejalpur Taluka, Ahmedabad District, falling under final plot number 355 of Town Planning Scheme No. 204. This land is owned by Shri Thakor in his sole ownership, possession, enjoyment and is free from all encumbrances of any kind. He has applied for title clearance certificate from our client. Therefore, all persons having any right, claim or interest in the said land by way of sale, mortgage, lien, charge, trust, maintenance, easement or any other mode whatsoever, are requested to file their written notice along with documentary proof (objections without proof shall not be considered) at the address given below within seven days of the publication of this notice. Failing which, the title clearance certificate for the said land shall be issued without taking into consideration any such right, claim or interest, and our client shall be entitled to complete the sale of the said land. Thereafter, no objection whatsoever shall be entertained. Please take note.
