Public Notice This is to inform the general public that the following individuals, regarding the land located at survey number-703, village Makarba, taluka Vejalpur, district Ahmedabad, which is included in Draft Town Planning Scheme number-51 (Bodkadev-Makarba-Vejalpur), have been allotted final plot numbers as mentioned below. They have claimed that the land is their complete, independent, exclusive ownership and possession, free from any encumbrance. A request has been made to us for a certificate confirming that the land titles of the following landowners are clear and marketable. (A) Dinesh Bhai Jayanti Bhai Patel, for final plot numbers 110/1/1 and 110/1/2, covering an area of 1351 square meters. (B) Minaben Ramanbhai Patel, for final plot number 110/2/1, covering an area of 816 square meters, and final plot number 110/2/2, covering an area of 336 square meters. (C) Savitaben Ramesh Bhai Patel, for final plot number 110/3/1, covering an area of 790 square meters, and final plot number 110/3/2, covering an area of 561 square meters. (D) (1) Mitesh Raman Bhai Patel and (2) Dipesh Ramesh Bhai Patel, both for final plot number 110/4/2, covering an area of 523 square meters. Therefore, if any other person has any kind of attachment, right, interest, share, claim, or encumbrance on the above mentioned land, they are requested to submit a written notice along with proof to us at the address below within 7 (seven) days of the publication of this notice. If they fail to do so, it will be deemed that no other person has any kind of attachment, right, interest, share, claim, or encumbrance on the above mentioned land, or if they had any, it is relinquished. We will then issue a title clearance certificate and no objections will be entertained thereafter.
