Public Notice It is hereby informed to the public that the land with a survey number 709/2 located within the revenue boundary of Makarba, having an area of 2175 square meters of which 8274 square meters is included under draft town planning scheme number 51 (Bodakdev-Makarba-Vejalpur) with final plot number 116, and an area of 4965 square meters designated for non-agricultural residential use is owned independently yet jointly by Jayantibhai Meghjibhai (25%), Ashishbhai Natwarbhai (25%), Natubhai Meghjibhai (25%), Rameshbhai Meghjibhai (15%), and Anandbhai Ishwarbhai (10%), all residents of Ahmedabad. Their ownership is free from all encumbrances and a request for a title clearance certificate has been made.
