Original Allotment Letter Lost PoE AE We, Advocate M.A. Kuresi, residing at Amreli, hereby issue this public notice in accordance with the instructions and information received from our client, Umarbhai Hasanbhai Kuresi, aged 75, residing at Bhavnagar. (1) This public notice informs all concerned parties that a complex called "Maasagar" was built by Palitana Sugar Mills Limited in the Bhavnagar Kaaliyabiid settlement area, for commercial purposes. This complex houses shops and among them, shop No. 8-B, situated on the ground floor, belongs to and is occupied by our client, Umarbhai Hasanbhai Kuresi. Our client purchased this shop from the owner of "Maasagar" complex and the allotment letter was issued to our client. This shop was allotted in our client's name. (2) Shop No. 8-B, located in "Maasagar" complex, is registered under assessment number 1900430223001 with the Bhavnagar Municipal Corporation. Our client pays all municipal taxes for this shop, including the most recent tax for the year 2024-25, and has the receipt for the same. The shop is also in our client's physical possession. (3) The owner of "Maasagar" complex issued an allotment letter for shop No. 8-B to our client, signifying permanent sale. This original allotment letter has been missing for a long time, and despite searching, it is yet to be found. Therefore, if any person, entity, bank, or others claim any right or interest in the above property based on the original allotment letter or other means, they should submit written evidence at our client's address or at our address within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice through registered post. If no objection is received within the stipulated timeframe, it will be assumed that no one has any objections or disputes regarding the allotment letter for the above property, and our client will proceed with the sale documents. All concerned members of the public should take note of this. અસલ એલોટમેન્ટ લેટર ખોવાયા PoE AE આથી અમો એડવોકેટ એમ.એ. કુરેશી રહે. અમરેલી વાળા તે અમારા અસીલ ઉમરભાઈ હસનભાઈ કુરેશી ઉ.વ.આ. ૭૫ રહે. ભાવનગર વાળાની મળેલ સુચના અને માહિતી મુજબ આ જાહેર નોટીસ આપી જણાવીએ છીએ કે, (૧) આથી લાગતા-વળગતા સર્વ ઈસમોને આ જાહેર નોટીસ આપી જણાવવામાં આવે છે કે, ભાવનગર કાળીયાબીડ વસાહત વિસ્તારમાં ભગવતી સર્કલ વાણિજ્ય હેતુ માટે પાલીતાણા સુગર મીલ્સ લીમીટેડએ “મહાસાગર” નામનું કોમ્પલેક્સ બંધાયેલ છે જે કોમ્પલેક્સમાં આવેલ દુકાનો પૈકી દુકાન નં. ૮-બી જે ગ્રાઉન્ડ ફલોર પર આવેલ છે તેના માલીક અને કબ્જેદાર અમારા અસીલ ઉમરભાઈ હસનભાઈ કુરેશી છે. આ દુકાન અમારા અસીલે “મહાસાગર” કોમ્પલેક્સના માલીક પાસેથી લીધેલ છે અને તેનો એલોટમેન્ટ લેટર અમારા અસીલને આપી આ દુકાન અમારા અસીલના નામે એલોટ કરવામાં આવેલ છે. (૨) શ્મહાસાગર' કોમ્પલેક્સમાં આવેલ દુકાન '. ૮-બી ભાવનગર મહાનગરપાલિકામાં આકારણી નં. ૧૯૦૦૪૩૦૨૨૩૦૦૧થી રેકર્ડ ઉપર નોંધાયેલ છે આ દુકાનના તમામ પ્રકારના મહાનગરપાલીકાના વેરાઓ અમારા અસીલ ભરપાઈ કરે છે અને છેલ્લે સને ૨૦૨૪-૨૫નો વેરો પણ ભરપાઈ કરેલ છે તેમની રસીદ પણ અમારા અસીલ પાસે મોજુદ છે. આમ આ દુકાનનો સ્થળ ઉપરનો પ્રત્યક્ષ કબજો - ભોગવટો પણ અમારા અસીલ પાસે રહેલ છે. (૩) “મહાસાગર” કોમ્પલેક્સના માલીક તરફથી દુકાન નં. ૮-બી અમારા અસીલને કાયમી વેચાણથી વેચાણ આપ્યાનો એલોટમેન્ટ લેટર આપવામાં આવેલ છે તે અસલ એલોટમેન્ટ લેટર ઘણા સમયથી ખોવાય ગયેલ છે અને તે બાબતેની ઘણી શોધ-કોળ કરવા છતાં હાલ મળી આવતો ન હોય, સબબ આ અસલ એલોટમેન્ટના આધારે કે અન્ય કોઈપણ રીતે કોઈપણ વ્યક્તિ સંસ્થા, બેન્ક કે અન્ય કોઈનો હક્ક દાવો અધિકાર ઉપરોક્ત મિલકતમાં પોશાતો હોય તો તે અંગેના લેખીત આધારો આ નોટીસ પ્રસિદ્ધ થયેથી દીન- ૭માં અમારા અસીલ કે અમારા સરનામે રજી. પોસ્ટથી મોકલી આપવા અને મુદત દરમ્યાન કોઈ વાંધાઓ નહી આવે તો ઉપર જણાવેલ મિલકત અંગેના એલોટમેન્ટ લેટર અંગે કોઈને કોઈપણ પ્રકારના વાંધાઓ કે તકરાર નથી કે વાંધો હોય તો તેમણે જતો કરેલ છે તેમ માની અમારા અસીલ વેચાણ દસ્તાવેજ કરાવી લેશે, જેની લાગતા - વળગતા તમામ જાહેર જનતાએ નોંધ લેવી. અમોએ આપેલ સુચના અને ફરમાઈસ મુજબ (ઉમરભાઈ હસનભાઈ કુરેશી) અસીલે આપેલ સુચના અને પ્લોટ નં. ૮૪/એફ, હરીયાળા પ્લોટ, ફરમાઈસ મુજબ શીશુવિહાર ગાર્ડન પાસે, શીશુવિહાર, ભાવનગર (એમ. એ. કુરેશી) મો. ૯૮૦૯૫૪૯૫૦૦
