Public Notice This is to inform the general public that a plotting scheme named “Tulip Village” is located on the non-agricultural land of survey/block number-689, 691/1, 691/2, 692, 693, 694, 700, 701, and 703 in the limits of village Godhavi, and on block/survey number 366, 369, 370, 372, 373, 375 (new block/survey number-1146, 1149, 1150, 1155, 1156, 1157) in the limits of village Manipur, both villages falling under Sanand Taluka, Sanand Division, Ahmedabad Sub-district, Gujarat. (Sub plot number 59 is located on survey number 693 and 694.) Among the plots in the scheme, sub-plot number 59, measuring 668.89 sq.m or 800 sq. yards, is owned by Dineshkumar Jayantilal Parikh, who is in possession and enjoyment, and has decided to sell the property to our client. We have been requested to obtain marketable and title clear certificates for this property. If any person, entity, or organization has any claim, hereditary rights, interest, share, claim, lien, encumbrance, tenant rights, etc. in or to the aforementioned plot, they must inform us in writing with documentary evidence within 7 days from the publication of this notice. The title certificate of the aforementioned plot will be issued, and the document will be registered in favor of our client, completing the sale process.
