Public Notice This is to inform the general public that, District: Ahmedabad, Taluka: Sanand, Moje: Manekol, (1) Survey No. 1963/1/1 of 13,557 square meters, (2) Survey No. 1963/1/2 of 7,183 square meters, (3) Survey No. 1963/1/11 of 9,004 square meters and (4) Survey No. 1963/1/3 of a total of 14,366 square meters, out of which 12,343 square meters of agricultural land ('said land') is in the name of Dwiji Deepakbhai Patel, the said land is their full, independent, ownership, possession-enjoyment free from encumbrances and free from legal disputes, and the said land has been decided to be sold to our client, our client has requested us to get a certificate from us that the said land has clear title. Therefore, any person or any other person having any right, interest, share, encumbrance or any interest in the said land or any part thereof in any way, or any part thereof in any way, inheritance, mortgage, pledge, pledge, sale, exchange, transfer, assignment, possession, lease, sub-lease, license, sub-license, tenancy, shares, lien, charge, Trust, maintenance, easement, right of way, gift, will, lis pendens, exchange, maintenance, food-nutrition, development, F.S.I./T.D.R., allotment of land in relation to the right/title/interest of the owner of the land and/or any other encumbrances (claims) may be made, any person claiming any claim and/or demand against the above shall submit written notice in writing along with original documentary evidence to the address given below within 07 days of the publication of this notice by registered post. If this is not done, it will be understood that no one has any right, interest, share, encumbrance or any interest in the said land and if any, all such rights are deemed to have been waived, and our client will take appropriate action to sell the said land as per his/her wish, and no one will object to it after that, so understand. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી જાહેર જનતાને જણાવવાનું કે, ડિસ્ટ્રીક્ટ: અમદાવાદ, તાલુકાઃ સાણંદ, મોજેઃ માણકોલ ની સીમના (૧) સર્વે નં. ૧૯૬૩/૧/૧ ની ૧૩,૫૫૭ ચોરસમીટર (૨) સર્વે નં. ૧૯૬૩/૧/૨ ની૭,૧૮૩ચોરસમીટર, (૩) સર્વેનં. ૧૯૬૩/૧/૧૧ ની ૯,૦૦૪ ચોરસમીટરઅને (૪) સર્વેનં. ૧૯૬૩/ ૧/૩ ની કુલ ૧૪,૩૬૬ ચોરસમીટર પૈકી૧૨,૩૪૩ચોરસમીટર ની ખેતીની જમીનો (“સદરહુ જમીનો') દ્વિજ દીપકભાઈ પટેલ ના નામે ચાલે છે, તેવી સદરહુ જમીનો તેમની સંપુર્ણ, સ્વતંત્ર, માલિકી, કબજા-ભોગવટાની બોજા રહિત તથા કાનૂની વિવાદોથી મુક્ત હોવાનું જણાવી સદરહુ જમીનો અમારા અસીલને વેચાણ આપવાનું નક્કી કરેલ છે, તે અંગે અમારા અસીલે અમારીપાસે સદરહુ જમીનો ના ટાઇટલ ક્લીયર હોવા બાબતના સર્ટીફિકેટની માંગણી કરેલ છે. સબબ સર્વ શખ્સો કે અન્ય કોઈપણ વક્ત્િનો સદરહુ જમીનો ઉપર કે તેના કોઈપણ ભાગપર કોઇપણ પ્રકારે હક્ક, હિત, હિસ્સો, બોજો કે લાગભાગ હોય અથવા કોઈનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારે કોઈપણ ભાગમાં વારસાઇ, મોર્ટગેજ, ગીરો, પ્લેજ, વેચાણ, એક્સચેન્જ, ટ્રાન્સફર, સોંપણી, કબજો, ભાડાપટ્ઠો, પેટાભાડા, લાઇસન્સ, પેટા- લાયસન્સ, ટેનેન્સી, શેર, લીયન, ચાર્જ, ટ્રસ્ટ, જાળવણી, ઇઝમેન્ટ, રસ્તા નો અધિકાર, ભેટ, વીલ, લિસ પેન્ડન્સ, વિનિમય, મેન્ટેનન્સ, ખોરાકી-પોષકી, ડેવેલીપમેન્ટ, એફ.એસ.આઈ./ ટી.ડી.આર, ફાળવણી દ્વારા જમીનો ના માલિકની માલિકીના અધિકાર / ટાઇટલ /હિતના સંદર્ભમાં અને/અથવા કોઈપણ અન્ય બોજો (ક્લેઇમ્સ) હોય, તે ઉપર સામે કોઈ દાવા અને/અથવા માંગ ધરાવતા સર્વ શખ્સો એ તેની જાણ આ નોટીસ પ્રસિઘ્ધ થયેથી દિન- ૦૭ માં લેખિત અને અસલદસ્તાવેજી પુરાવા સહિત નીચે જણાવેલ સરનામે રજીસ્ટર્ડ ટપાલદ્વારાવાંધો નોંધાવાનો રહેશે. જો તૈમ કરવામાં નહીં આવે તો સદરહુ જમીનો ઉપર કોઇનો કોઇપણ પ્રકારનો હક્ક, હિત, હિસ્સો, બોજો કેલાગભાગ નથી અને હોયતો તે તમામ જતા વિવ) કરેલ છે તેમ સમજી સદરહુ જમીનો અંગેની અમારા અસીલ તેમની ઈચ્છાનુસાર યોગ્ય વેચાણ લેવા અંગેની કાર્યવાહી સંપૂર્ણ કરશે અને ત્યારબાદ કોઇની કોઇપણ પ્રકારની તકરારચાલશે નહીં તે નકકી સમજવું.
