PUBLIC NOTICE This is to inform the general public that (1) Mavabhai Bababhai and (2) Kamsibhai Vasantbhai, both residents of Ahmedabad, have stated that they are in full, joint, shared ownership and possession of agricultural land bearing Survey/Block Number 1963/1/146/B, Account Number 618, admeasuring 2-11-45 (two acres, eleven gunthas, forty-five square yards) i.e., 21145 square meters, situated in the village of Moje Mankol, Taluka Sanand, Sub-District and Registration District Ahmedabad. They have decided to sell the said land to our client. Our client has requested a certificate from us regarding the clear and marketable title of the said land from the aforementioned landowners. As per the consent letter submitted by our client from the aforementioned landowners, and as per the instructions and consent of our client, this public notice is being published. Therefore, if anyone has any objection, dispute, claim, share, right, interest, portion, charge, lien, or any type of agreement to sell (banachithhi), sale deed (banakhat), or any other transfer agreement, or any other rights arising from any interest in the said land or any part thereof, they must inform us in writing at the address below within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this public notice, along with supporting evidence (objections without evidence will not be considered). If no such information is provided, it will be understood that there are no objections, disputes, claims, shares, rights, interests, portions, charges, liens, or any type of agreement to sell, sale deed, or any other transfer agreement, or any other rights arising from any interest in the said land or any part thereof, and if there were any, they have been waived. We will then issue a certificate regarding the title clearance opinion of the said land, and our client will complete the sale process of the said land, and thereafter, no one's dispute will be entertained.
