Public Notice This is to inform the general public that: Agricultural lands of Manakol sima (border), (1) Survey No. 1963/1/35, total area 12,848 sq. meters, out of which area 6,424 sq. meters, (2) Survey No. 1963/1/34, area 9,308 sq. meters, and (3) Survey No. 1963/1/38, area 19,324 sq. meters (“Said Lands”) are in the name of Ankur Bipinbhai Desai. He has stated that the said lands are his absolute, independent, owned, possessed, unencumbered and free from legal disputes, and has decided to sell the said lands to our client, for which our client has requested us for a title clear certificate for the said lands. Therefore, any person or persons having any right, title, interest, share, burden or claim in any way whatsoever on the said lands or any part thereof, or anyone having any kind of inheritance, mortgage, pledge, sale, exchange, transfer, assignment, possession, lease, sublease, license, sub-license, tenancy, share, lien, charge, trust, maintenance, easement, right of way, gift, will, lis pendens, exchange, maintenance, food-nutrition, development, F.S.I./T.D.R., allocation through lands and owner's ownership rights / title / interest in the context of and / or any other burden (claims) above any claims and / or demands are requested to notify the following address by registered post with written and original documentary evidence within 10 days from the date of publication of this notice. If this is not done, it will be understood that no one has any right, title, interest, share, burden or claim on the said land, and if so, all such rights are waived, and our client will complete the appropriate sale proceedings for the said lands as per their wishes, and thereafter no dispute of any kind will be entertained.
