Public Notice | Regarding the property of the building and the common amenities of the project. This is to inform the general public that the 17503 sq.m. land of original survey no. 382/2 in the boundaries of Moje Nikol, Taluka Asarwa, Sub-District Ahmedabad-12 (Nikol), Ahmedabad, is included in TP Scheme No. 110. Final Plot No. 15/2 having 10502 sq.m. land, DI LR Shri has corrected it as follows: (1) 7001 sq.m. land of survey no. 382/2/1 is included in TP deduction, (2) 400 sq.m. land of survey no. 382/2 is assigned as sub-plot no. 1 of TP no. 110 final plot no. 15/2, (3) 5257 sq.m. land of survey no. 382/2/3 is assigned as sub-plot no. 2 of TP no. 110 final plot no. 15/2. The 400 sq.m. land of revenue survey no. 382/2/3 in the account no. 1599 is included in TP scheme no. 110 and 5257 sq.m. of final plot no. 15/2 assigned as sub-plot no. 2. Out of 5257 sq.m. of final plot no. 15/2, 1740 sq.m. of non-agricultural land of sub-plot no. 2/A of final plot no. 15/2 is used to construct a project named “Solitaire Square”. The shop on the ground floor of block-A of this project with carpet area of 29.85 sq.m. and 11.98 sq.m. land from the total land of the scheme (excluding the facilities) along with the rights to use the facilities is owned and possessed by Mr. Ashwin Kanubhai Panchani without any encumbrance. He has decided to sell this property to our client. Our client has requested title clearance certificate from us regarding clear and marketable title of the above property. If any institution or person has any kind of claim, share, right, interest, interest, right, encumbrance, claim, mortgage, agreement, power of attorney, usufruct right, etc. on the above property, please inform us in writing with proof within 7 days at the below mentioned address. If you fail to do so, it will be considered that you do not have any claim, share, right or interest in the above property and if you have any, it has been waived.
