Public Notice It is hereby notified to the general public that, The Gujarat Middle Class Co-operative Housing Society Limited is located on the land of Final Plot No. 37 etc. of TP Scheme No. 3 in the Sim area of Usmanpura, Ahmedabad-2 (Vadaj Division), Ahmedabad taluka. and the property of the said society is known as Shanti Nagar and the bungalow No. T/34, square-1075-20, including the land and the construction thereon in the said society, which is included in ward TP 3/2 Usmanpura City Survey Area and its The City Survey No. 518, square meters 899 of the property with Bungalow No. T/34, as per the property, is owned by the society as a member (1) Rajesh Sumanchandra, resident-T/34, Shanti Nagar Society, Usmanpura, Ahmedabad-380013 and (2) Kalavati Hemant Shah resident-202, Sankalya Sapphire, Opposite Ramada Hotel, Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad-380015. Both have stated that they are in joint ownership, possession and enjoyment and are free from all encumbrances. They have requested us for a Title Certificate regarding the said property. Therefore, if any bank, individual or institution has any right, claim, encumbrance, share or interest in the said property, then it shall be informed to us in writing within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, with proof. If any default is made in doing so, then no one will have any right, claim, encumbrance, share or interest in the said property and if any such right, claim, encumbrance, share or interest exists, then it shall be deemed to be waived. After the expiry of the said period, we shall issue a Title Certificate regarding the said property and thereafter no dispute of any kind shall be entertained. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી જાહેર જનતાને જણાવવાનુ કે, જત જીક્લે અમદાવાદ તાલુકે સાબરમતીના અમદાવાદ- ૨ (વાડજ વિભાગ) ના મોજે ઉસ્માનપુરાની સીમમાંટી.પી. સ્કીમ નં-૩ નાફાઈનલ પ્લોટ નંબર- ૩૭ વિગેરેની જમીનમાં ધી ગુજરાત મીડલ કલાસ કો.ઓ.હા.સો.લી. આવેલી છે અને સદર સોસાયટીની મીલકત શાંતીનગરના નામથી ઓળખાયછે અને સદર સોસાયટીમાં આવેલ બંગલા નંબર-ટી/૩૪, સમચોરસવાર-૧૦૭૫- ૨૦ ની જમીન તથા તેમાં આવેલ બાંધકામ સહીતની મીલકત કે જેનો વોર્ડટી.પી.૩/૨ ઉસ્માનપુરા સીટી સર્વે એરીયામાં સમાવેશ થયેલ છે અને તે રૂઈએ સદરબંગલા નંબર-ટી/૩૪ વાળી મીલકતનો સીટી સર્વે નંબર-૫૧૮, ચોરસમીટર-૮૯૯ પડેલ છે તે મીલકત સોસાયટીના સભ્ય તરીકે (૧) રાજેશ સુમનચંદ્ર, રહેવાસી-ટી/૩૪, શાંતિનગર સોસાયટી, ઉસ્માનપુરા, અમદાવાદ-૩૮૦૦૧૩ તથા (૨) કલાવતી હેમંત શાહ રહેવાસી-૨૦૨, સંકલ્ય સેફાયર, રમાડા હોટલ સામે, પ્રહલાદનગર, અમદાવાદ- ૩૮૦૦૧૫. એમ બંનેએ તેઓની સહિયારી માલીકી કબજા ભોગવટાની અને સંપૂર્ણ બોજા મુક્ત હોવાની જણાવેલ છે અને સદર મીલકત અંગે તેઓએ અમારી પાસે ટાઈટલ સર્ટીફીકેટની માંગણી કરેલ છે તો સદર મીલકતના ઉપર કોઈપણ બેન્ક, વ્યક્તિ કે સંસ્થાના કોઈપણ પ્રકારના હકક દાવા બોજા હીસ્સા કે હીતસંબંધ હોય તો આ નોટિસ પ્રસિઘ્ધ થયેથી દિવસ-૭ (સાત) માં પુરાવા સહીત અમોને લેખિતમાં ખબર આપવી અને જો તેમ કરવામાં કસુર થશે તો સદર મીલકતના ઉપર કોઈના કોઈપણ જાતના હકક દાવા બોજા હીસ્સા કે હીતસંબંધ નથી અને હોય તો તે જતા કર્યા છે તેમ સમજી ઉપરોકત મુદત વિતે સદર મીલકત અંગે અમો ટાઈટલ સર્ટીફીકેટ ઈસ્યુ કરીશુ અને ત્યારબાદ કોઈની કોઈપણ જાતની તકરાર ચાલશે તહીં. તા.૧/૬/૨૦૨૪ દીનેશભાઈ દેવચંદ પાલખીવાળા એડવોકેટ, ઠે.બી/૨, નવદીપ એપાર્ટમેન્ટ, સી.યુ. શાહ કોલેજના ખાંચામાં, નવજીવન પ્રેસ સામે, આશ્રમ રોડ, અમદાવાદ-૧૪.
