Public Notice This is to inform the general public that: (1) Patel Narottam Bhai Sankhbhai Trikamdas, (2) Patel Raman Bhai Sankhbhai Trikamdas, (3) Patel Rakesh Kumar Ambalal, (4) Patel Kanubhai Ambalal, (5) Patel Dakshaben Ambalal, (6) Patel Jashiben Narottam Bhai, (7) Patel Kokilaben Narottam Bhai, and (8) Patel Bharatiben Narottam Bhai, all residing at Dholakuva, Taluka Maansa, District Gandhinagar, have sold their jointly owned, self-acquired, proprietary, possession, and enjoyment rights, along with all rights, interests, shares, and encumbrances of any kind, and all rights, including future rights, and the rights of disposal, including all trees, beds, fences, thorns, leaves, etc. situated in the old surveyed block No. 1674/1, measuring 0-331-36, that is 3136 square meters, in the survey number 2000 of the village Moje-Maansa, Taluka Maansa, District Gandhinagar, to our client, Patel Natwar Bhai Parsottamdas, residing at 8, Shayana Tirth Bungalows, next to Dahiba Hall, Shayana City, Dhatlodiya, Ahmedabad, through registered deed No. 931/2022 dated 07/03/2022 at the Sub-Registrar's Office, Maansa. Since our client has requested a title clearance certificate regarding the said land, if any person, organization, company, firm, bank, money lender, etc. has any kind of right, interest, share, encumbrance, charge, etc., or objection, they are requested to submit their objection along with certified copies of original documents within 7 days of the publication of this notice at the address mentioned below through R.P.A.D. (Objections without evidence will not be considered).
