Public Notice This is to inform the general public that the land situated in Survey Block No. 1675/1 (Old Survey No. 2410 P, 2409 P) of the village Moje-Maansa, Taluka Maansa, District Gandhinagar, measuring 0-34-40 i.e. 3440 square meters, belonging to the old tenure, including all rights to the old and new area, and all rights that may accrue in the future, including rights to transfer, and all trees, buildings, walls, thorns, leaves, etc. located therein, has been jointly owned, possessed and enjoyed by (1) Patel Kantabhai Ramabhai, (2) Patel Vishnu Bhai Ramabhai, and (3) Patel Suresh Bhai Ramabhai, all residing at Dholakuva, Taluka Maansa, District Gandhinagar, without any rights, interests, shares, or encumbrances of any kind from anyone else, and with a clear title of all kinds. Our client, Patel Natvarbhai Parsottamdas, residing at 8, Shayonatirth Bunglows, next to Dahiba Hall, Shayonacity, Ghatlodiya, Ahmedabad, purchased the said land from them on 29/10/2021, registered in the Sub-Registrar’s office, Maansa, under registration deed number 3146/2021. We have been requested for a title clearance certificate for the said land, and therefore, if any person, institution, company, firm, bank, shroff, etc. has any kind of right, interest, share, encumbrance, charge, etc. or objection regarding the same, then they must submit the proof in writing along with a certified copy of the original document within 7 days from the publication of this notice at the address below through R.P.A.D. (objections without proof will not be considered). Otherwise, it will be assumed that there is no right, interest, share, etc. of any kind on the said land, and if there is, they have waived it willingly, and the title certificate will be issued accordingly.
