Public Notice We, the undersigned, Advocate Shri A.N. Mansuri, on behalf of our client Dineshji Laxmanji Thakor, residing in Sonarda, Tal. Gandhinagar, acting upon the instructions and request received from Madhuben Masangji, Manguben Masangji and Shakribhen Masangji, hereby issue this public notice and urge that: The land situated in the village of Medra, Tal. Gandhinagar, within the village boundary, bearing Khatedar No. 501, Rev. Survey Block Survey No. 81 (former Block Survey No. 95) measuring 1-05-96, with a shape of 7.10 paisa, non-agricultural, cultivable, and with land use as per the applicable rules, being the heritage of Masangji Lakhaji, the share of which is jointly owned by Madhuben Masangji etc., is a walled property. Despite the legal right, interest, and share of the heirs of late Masangji Lakhaji in the said property, and upon the demise of their father, late Masangji Lakhaji, the current family members holding the revenue records have concealed the names of the daughters and made a false lineage entry, and have illegally sold part of the said land. This information has been received by Madhuben Masangji etc., who still have a right and interest in the said property. In this matter, based on the legal advice received, our client, on the power of attorney of the daughters of late Masangji Lakhaji, shall take further legal action regarding the said property. Therefore, no person, individual, or entity shall undertake any transaction with the persons holding the revenue records regarding the said property. However, if any such transaction is carried out, the heirs of late Masangji Lakhaji shall not be responsible for the consequences and damage arising from it. This shall be taken note of by all.
