Public Notice We, Navinchandra N. Maratha - Advocate on behalf of our client Uganda Co.Op.Ho.So.Li. (Reg.No.G/6706, dated 28-4-1976), located near Subhash Chawk Road, Memnagar, Ahmedabad-380052, hereby inform the public and all concerned parties that under the limits of Town Planning Scheme Number-1 in the locale of Memnagar village, Ghatlodiya, Ahmedabad, Final Plot Numbers 119, 120, and 134, identified as 'Uganda Society', have properties on open plot number 85/B purchased by Mrs. Jignashaben Chiragbhai Patel, residing at 8, Shrinathji Park Society, behind Ganesh Dairy, Mangalpura Road, Anand. This property was registered at the Ahmedabad-3 (Memnagar) Sub-Registrar's office on 29-5-2008 under sequence number 7941 through a sale document, asserting possession on the same day. The society notified of this property and the related five shares (Share numbers 436 to 440, Share Certificate number 88, dated 20-1-1981) were transferred to Vidhyaben Vishchambhar Patel, also known as Jignashaben Chiragbhai Patel. A request has been made to transfer/reallocate this open plot number 85/B and mentioned shares in their name. Any institution, bank, corporation, government/cooperative department should submit any objection or explanation within 7 days from the publication of this notice in writing along with documentary evidence to the address shown below by registered post. Failure to comply will ensure necessary proceedings to transfer/update the mentioned open plot and shares under the current allottee member Mrs. Vidhyaben Vishchambhar Patel.
