The Petitioner has filed this application for obtaining Letter of Administration regarding his property. The immovable property in the name of the deceased, Mr. Jasvantlal Chotalal Mistri, includes a building, No. 62, Sarthi House, Maimnagar, next to Subhash Chok, Ahmedabad. The property is located in Jaino Mu, Tainame 061310008460001B, Ward 0612, Subhash Chok, TP Scheme No. 138, covering an area of approximately 189.50 square meters. The estimated market value of the property is Rs. 1,50,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Fifty Lakhs only). The movable property in the name of the deceased, Mr. Jasvantlal Chotalal Mistri, includes a Savings Account No. 0899010001149 in Bank of Baroda, Ashram Road Branch, with an estimated amount of Rs. 33,00,000/-, an estimated amount of Rs. 50,00,000/- in ICICI Bank, Navrangpura Branch, and an estimated amount of Rs. 50,00,000/- deposited in the Savings Account and Fixed Deposit of the State Bank of India, Naralpur Branch. The total value of the immovable and movable property is Rs. 2,83,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crore Eighty Three Lakhs only).
