Public Notice This is to inform the general public that the property located on the land of survey number 28/1, 28/2, and 28/3, TP No. 1, Final Plot No. 143, in the village of Memnagar, Taluka Memnagar-3 (Memnagar-3), Registration District Sub-District Ahmedabad-3, belonging to Vishrut Co. Op. Housing Society Limited, located in Subplot/Bunglow No. 5, Ground Floor Shop No. 5/1, having an area of 320 sq. ft. and basement No. 5-4, with an area of 86.70 sq. m., having Municipal tenement number 06130812260001L and tenement number 06130812310001L, is owned and in possession of Bhuraram Ravtaji Prajapati (H. U. F.). The owner wishes to sell this property and has requested a title clearance report. Therefore, if any institution, individual, firm, bank, or any other person has any kind of possession, enjoyment, shareholding, inheritance, partnership, loan, debt, mortgage, burden, lease, or any claim related to maintenance or title, they are requested to inform us in writing with proof by registered post within 7 (seven) days of the publication of this notice at the address mentioned below. If no objections are received within the stipulated time, it will be assumed that they have waived their rights and we will proceed with issuing the title clearance report. After that, our client will not be bound by any objections or disputes. All concerned persons and the general public are hereby informed. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી જાહેર જનતાને જણાવવામાં આવે છે કે રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ સબ ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ અમદાવાદ-૩(મેમનગર- ૩)ના તાલુકાના મોજે ગામ મેમનગર નીસીમનાસર્વેનં ૨૮/૧,૨૮/૨,તથા ૨૮/૩ ટી. પી. નં-૧, ફાઈનલ પ્લોટ નં ૧૪૩ પૈકી ની જમીન ઉપર આવેલ વિશ્રુત કો.ઓ.હા.સો.લી.ના નામથી ઓળખાતી યોજનામાં આવેલ સબપ્લોટ/બંગલા નં.૫ માં આવેલ ગ્રાઉન્ડ ફૂલોર ની દુકાન નં ૫/૧ કે જેનું ક્ષેત્રફળ ૩૨૦ ચો. ફૂટ ના બાંધકામવાળી તથા બેજમેન્ટ નં ૫-૪ ની ૮૬.૭૦ ચો.મી. વાળી મિલકત જેનો મ્યુ, ટેનામેન્ટ નં.૦૬૧૩૦૮૧૨૨૬૦૦૦૧એલ તથા ટેનામેન્ટ Hy ૦૬૧૩૦૮૧૨૩૧૦૦૦૧એલ સહીતની મિલકત તે ભુરારામ રાવતાજી પ્રજાપતિ (એચ. યુ. એફ.) ની માલીકી કબજા ભોગવટાવાળી આવેલ છે. જે સદર મીલ્કત અમારા અસીલ વેચાણ રાખવા માંગતા હોઈ તે મતલબતનુ ટાઈટલ કલીયરન્સ રીપોર્ટ આપવા માંગણી કરેલ છે. જેથી ઉપરોક્ત મિલકત ઉપર કોઈપણ સંસ્થા, શખ્સ, પેઢી, બેંક કે અન્ય કોઈનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો કબજો, ભોગવટો સહ હીસ્સેદાર, વારસાઈ, ભાગીદારી અંગેનો કે ઉપર દશવ્યા સિવાય કોઈ લોન, ધીરાણ, ગીરો, બોજો, લીયન અંગેના કે ભરણપોષણ અંગેના તેમજ ટાઈટલ અંગેના કોઈપણ પ્રકારના લાગભાગ, હકક, હીત, હીસ્સો કે વાંધા તકરાર હોય તો તેઓએ આ નોટીસ પ્રસિઘ થયે દિન-૭ (સાત )માં નીચેના સરનામે રજી.પોસ્ટથી લેખીત આધાર રાવા સાથે જાણ કરવી, મુદત વિતે કોઈના કોઈપણ પ્રકારના વાંધા તકરાર નહીં આવે તો તેઓએ પોતાના હકક જતા યાને વેવ (WAVE) કરેલ છે તેમ માની ઉપરોકત મિલકત અંગે ટાઈટલ ક્લીયરન્સ રીપોર્ટ આપીશું અને ત્યારબાદ કોઈના કોઈપણ પ્રકારના વાંધા તકરાર અમારા અસીલને બંધનકર્તા રહેશે નહી જેની લાગતા વળગતા તમામએ તથા જાહેર જનતાએ નોંધ લેવી. તથા સદર મિલકત નો વેચાણ દસ્તાવેજ અમારા અસીલ કરાવી લેશે જે આથી જાહેર કરવામાં આવે છે. અમદાવાદ. તા.૨૮/૦૨/૨૦૨૫ અમારી મારફત : અપી કે. શાહ (હીરાકણી) એડવોકેટ એન્ડ નોટરી, બી.કોમ, એલ.એલ.એમ. ઓફીસ: ૨, હર્ષ એપાર્ટમેન્ટ, ૩૬, પ્રિતમનગર, એલીસબ્રીજ, અમદાવાદ-૩૮૦૦૦૬.
