Public Notice Registration District Ahmedabad, Sub-District Ahmedabad-3 (Memnagar), Taluka Ghatlodiya, Moje Memnagar, Survey No. 65/1, out of which 44 out of 45, i.e. TP Scheme No. 1, Final Plot No. 115, non-agricultural land, the property of 'Uma Flat' of the 'Trajeshwari Cooperative Housing Society Limited', which is identified as Flat No. B/9, is owned and in possession of (1) Thakur Mamtaben Sharadbhai and (2) Thakur Kalpanaben Kalpeshbhai. The previous owner A. Vasudevan (registration sale document No. 3096 dated 22/2/1993) is lost and despite extensive search, it has not been found till date. Therefore, a certificate has been requested from us. If anyone finds the original document or acquires it, or has any kind of share, right, interest, encumbrance or claim in the matter, then they should inform us in writing with proof within 7 days by registered A.D. post. Otherwise, no person shall have any right, claim or objection whatsoever. It shall be deemed to be so and a certificate to that effect shall be issued. The survey will be notified accordingly.
