Public Notice In the matter of District Ahmedabad, Sub-District Memnagar, Dhatlodiya Taluka, village Memnagar, on the land of City Survey No. 802 and 828 (old City Survey No. 360 and 361, excluding the village area) is a society known as Shivanjali Co-op. Housing Society Ltd. The society known as Trimoorti Apartment has a flat No. D-5 belonging to Monika Umesh Bhai Khatri. She has requested us for a Title Clearance Certificate based on her ownership, possession and enjoyment of the property. Therefore, if anyone has any kind of attachment, right, interest, share, burden or charge on the said property, please submit the proof within seven days. Failure to do so will result in the issuance of a Title Clearance Certificate after the expiry of the deadline. No objections will be entertained thereafter.
